dresden, aka the florence of germany, is not generally on people’s lips when they think of travelling to europe. those outside of europe generally think of visiting london and paris and then place berlin, rome or prague somwhere around choices number three, four, and five. berlin has a nice bar scene, but dresden is far prettier.
